There are no “women”, only bylaws

At least, that’s what Judge Johnson of Wyoming believes

A legal case filed in March 2023 by six University of Wyoming Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority members to prevent a transgender-identifying individual from joining was been dismissed in court this week. The sorority members will now need to make arrangements for Artemis Langford, a 6’2”, 260-pound individual who identifies as female. Judge Johnson highlighted that although the sorority’s rules mention that “new members must be female,” there is no specific definition of the term “female” in the bylaws. Ain’t that great?

To quote Lenny Kravitz’s immortal lyrics, “AMERICAN WOMAN / NOT DEFINED BY ME”

How is it that trans-women (also known as BIOLOGICAL MALES or MEN if you’ re into the brevity thing) only wish to join woman-only sports, prisons, and sororities? We know the answer…

“[Langford] has, while watching members enter the sorority house, had an erection visible through his leggings […] Other times, he has had a pillow in his lap.”
