Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene death threats

Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene, swatted for the eighth time, disclosed receiving disturbing death threats, including a threat to shoot her in the head and create a “parasol” from her skin, referencing notorious killer Ed Gein. Despite the severity of the threats against Greene, the police have not apprehended the perpetrator. The threats extended to her boyfriend, Brian Glenn, and former President Trump, with the assailant expressing intentions to harm them as well. Frustrated by the FBI’s inability to apprehend those responsible for the swatting incidents, Greene plans to introduce legislation aimed at tracking down swatters.

Another victim of swatting on Christmas Day was Representative Brandon Williams, and the parents of Jack Posobiec also fell victim during a family gathering. Posobiec, disturbed by the inadequacy of current federal laws addressing swatting incidents, called for legislative updates. He highlighted the failure of federal law enforcement agencies in handling violent threats, emphasizing the need for congressional action to address these alarming occurrences.
