Mickey Mouse taking Ls: Disney is less and less popular

To be fair, it’s hard to find a movie NOT produced by some Disney vassal.

Disney is woke kingdom well into its way to become a broke kingdom. The company has embraced leftist politics, diversity, equity, and LGBT activism, resulting in a substantial shift in its identity. Recent polling data from Rasmussen (careful, paywall ahead) reveals that nearly half of the country now views Disney unfavorably. The data shows that 51 percent of Americans have a favorable opinion of Disney, while 40 percent hold an unfavorable view. The divide becomes even more pronounced when considering political affiliation: 60 percent of Republicans have an unfavorable view of Disney, while 61 percent of Democrats view it favorably. That’s a too polarized public image for an entertainment company primarily for kids, right? But that’s the root of the “problem”!

NOBODY WANTS WOKENESS WHEN IT’S ABOUT THEIR KIDS (a few hopeless, enraging cases don’t count)

The challenge for Disney is that it primarily caters to children and families, and conservative parents, who tend to have more children, have been distancing themselves due to Disney’s alignment with leftist politics. This has led to a decline in the company’s standing. Efforts to distance Disney from the culture war and regain political neutrality face significant obstacles, given the deep-seated influence of leftist politics within the company. Disney’s future prospects remain uncertain as it grapples with this transformation and its impact on its audience and reputation. In any case, supporting the alternatives is important.
