Secretary of State Jenna Griswold stated that President Trump will be included in Colorado’s 2024 ballot unless the Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS) aligns with the Colorado Supreme Court’s decision, which she described as disenfranchising Colorado voters. Griswold called on the Supreme Court to promptly endorse the State Supreme Court’s verdict, especially considering the imminent presidential primary election.
If anything, it’s a relief that the burder of proof in not on the one that did nothing wrong!
