Likewise, a startup supported by Bill Gates, is introducing an AI chatbot aimed at providing users with tailored recommendations for movies, books, TV shows, and podcasts. Gates, who has previously emphasized the significance of AI, is now focusing on how AI can assist people in choosing their entertainment options. This venture, called Pix, plans to utilize a vast database of 600 million consumer data points to distinguish itself from typical chatbots. Likewise CEO Ian Morris believes that the “personal agent aspect” will be a significant part of people’s lives in the coming years.

In the competitive AI landscape, various tech giants have entered the race, inspired by the success of OpenAI’s ChatGPT, which has gained popularity, albeit sometimes misused for academic dishonesty. Gates, a longtime advocate for AI development, claimed he became even more enthusiastic about AI after witnessing ChatGPT excel in a college-level biology exam.
