An Apple worth 3 trillion

An Apple worth 3 trillion

Apple has created a historic milestone by becoming the first publicly traded company to conclude a trading day with a market capitalization of $3 trillion. While the tech giant had come close to reaching this significant valuation in the past, it had not achieved it until the close of trading on Friday, June 30th.

On Friday, the company experienced a 2.31 percent increase in its share price, propelling it to this remarkable achievement. However, Apple’s journey hasn’t been without its ups and downs. Earlier this year, the company faced a drop in value, falling below $2 trillion due to underwhelming earnings. Since then, augmented reality projects announced by the company, as well as the mini Silicon Valley Bank crisis, which affected a lot of start-ups, persuaded investors Apple is here, stronger than ever.
