Israel – Hamas war: hostilities resume

The truce was impossible to be extended any longer.

During Friday, December 1st, dozens of people have been killed in Israeli airstrikes on houses and buildings in the Gaza Strip, as fighting resumed just minutes after a temporary cease-fire deal ended, according to health officials in Gaza. Israel accused Hamas of violating the truce, while Hamas blamed Israel, stating that it rejected offers to release more hostages.
