On October 2nd, Arab channel Al-Jazeera confirmed the Palestinians’ commitment to war until they get more land from Israel.
Since 2022, Saudi Arabian and Israeli leaders have been engaged in efforts to normalize their relations. While Saudi Arabia, which backs the idea of a Palestinian state, expresses the hope that this normalization will improve the lives of Palestinians, Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas, in his United Nations General Assembly speech on September 21st, asserted that true peace in the Middle East can only be achieved when Palestinians are granted complete independence from Israel.
Those who think that peace can prevail in the Middle East without the Palestinian people enjoying their full, legitimate and national rights would be mistaken.
